Challenge: Laser-cutting rubber generates one of the harshest odor loads in the industry, and the OEM Atmos consumable schedule at European pricing was eroding job margins.

Outcome: The FS500's triple-stage stack (pre-filter → HEPA H14 → treated carbon) holds suction as the pre-filter loads, so rubber dust no longer forces mid-shift stops. Per-operating-hour filter cost came in well below the OEM consumable schedule.

Challenge: The existing single duct run could not serve a second machine placed across the room, and rerouting ductwork meant days of downtime during peak season.

Outcome: Each Speedy got a dedicated FS400 beside it — no duct extension, no downtime. Both 100 mm exhaust ports connected directly with the standard adapter, and the shop kept full production through its busiest quarter.
